Go run missions for the sisters of eve , just dont do amarr/ caldari missions ! it gonna hurst your amarr standing a bit but not the caldari one , but it's gonna affect greatly your minmtar/galente standings !

put an AB or your tank(even if its a BS) helps a lot to mitigate the dmg , i've done it in a dual rep domnix and an armagedon (the geddon had some remote ), i was lucky the dominix didnt get neuted when the neuting tower spawned , just orbit a can...

go to the less visited systems .. thats all i can think about if the theories about the respanwing are correct , the complex pops once finished in the same region ... there is a high chance that they keep pilling up in low visited systems .... ...

well ... the highest system i got access to are some -0.3 -0.4 , and with military 4 they dont spawn any haven or sanctums at all , with the upgrades will it get better ?

im not a fan of ABs on BS but it helps on some missions (The score for ex )... tachyons + 1 or 2 tracking computers , for blood/sansha and guristas (thermal dmg ) , i only use pulses against angels .. its not much effective but oh well it works .....
